General Policy
The Vision Reach Global Consultancy Refund Policy applies to all payments made through our platforms. By enrolling in any course or service and completing payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Eligibility for Refunds

1. Cancellation Before Course Start Date
We issue a full refund when a participant cancels enrolment at least 5 days before the official course start date.
2. After Course Start Date
We do not issue refunds once a course has started. However, we may review exceptional cases such as:
- Verified medical emergencies or significant personal hardship (supporting documentation required, e.g., visa cancellation)
- Course cancellation or rescheduling by Vision Reach Global Consultancy
3. Course Cancellation by the Institution
If Vision Reach Global Consultancy cancels a course, we provide a full refund of all tuition and fees paid.
Non-Refundable Fees
The Vision Reach Global Consultancy Refund Policy clearly defines the following as non-refundable:
- Registration and administrative fees, once payment is processed
- Course materials, including recordings and downloadable resources, once accessed or downloaded
- Transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers
Refund Process

- Provide any required supporting documentation
- Allow 10–20 business days for processing after approval
We process all approved refunds using the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not receive your refund within 20 business days, first contact your bank or payment provider. Then, if the issue continues, email us at training@visionreachglobal.org for further assistance.
Exceptions
Although the Vision Reach Global Consultancy Refund Policy sets clear guidelines, we may make exceptions in rare cases. For example, we may approve refunds in situations involving documented emergencies or institutional errors.
