The Excel phase strengthens PivotTables, lookup and statistical functions, and what-if analysis for everyday questions. You then move into Power BI Desktop, using Power Query transformations, star-schema data modeling, relationships and DAX measures such as CALCULATE, time intelligence and running totals.
Visualization sessions cover chart selection, layout, drill-through, bookmarks and accessible design, then publishing reports to the Power BI Service with scheduled refresh and row-level security. The final stage applies everything to performance analysis, KPI scorecards and decision support across sales, finance, operations and programme data.
