Course length varies by programme — most professional development courses run as an intensive Monday–Friday week, while others run as multi-week weekend formats or shorter single- and multi-day workshops. Exact dates and duration are listed on each course page.

Our live-online courses run over Zoom, so you’ll need a stable internet connection and a computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone. Joining instructions with the access link are emailed ahead of your start date.

Unless a listing states otherwise, the course fee covers full tuition, digital or printed course materials, catering (refreshments and lunch) for classroom sessions, and your certificate. It does not include accommodation, visas, or travel.

We accept bank transfer, invoiced payment, and approved electronic payment methods. Full payment is due no later than one week before the course start date unless another schedule has been agreed in writing, and proof of payment confirms your seat.

We issue a full refund when you cancel in writing at least 5 days before the course start date. Once a course has started, fees are non-refundable — except in verified cases such as a medical emergency, significant personal hardship, or a postponement or cancellation on our part.

If we must postpone or cancel a scheduled intake — for example due to low enrollment or faculty availability — you can transfer to the next available intake or request a full refund of the course fee. Travel, visa, and accommodation costs already incurred aren’t reimbursed.

Yes — delegates who meet the attendance requirement, and complete any required assessment, receive a Certificate of Completion; courses without an assessment component issue a Certificate of Attendance instead, in the name provided at registration.
