01Agreement to These Terms

These Training Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern every course, workshop, in-house programme, and advisory engagement delivered by Vision Reach Global Consultancy Limited ("VRGC," "we," "us," or "our"), whether attended in a classroom, virtually, or on an in-house basis. They apply the moment you browse our website, request a brochure, book a seat, or send payment for a course.

By enrolling in a programme, submitting a registration form, or making a payment, you (the "Delegate," or, where you are registering on behalf of colleagues, the "Organization") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not proceed with a booking and contact us first so we can address your concerns.

02Key Definitions

  • "Course" / "Training" — any open-enrollment, in-house, or virtual programme delivered or organized by VRGC, including any co-hosted or partner-delivered programme bearing our name.
  • "Delegate" — the individual attending a course, whether self-funded or sponsored by an Organization.
  • "Organization" — the company, government body, NGO, or institution that registers and/or pays for one or more Delegates.
  • "Course Fee" — the published or quoted price of a programme, exclusive of accommodation, visa, and travel costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • "Joining Instructions" — the pre-course email containing venue, schedule, virtual access link, or logistics information sent ahead of a programme.

03Enrollment & Booking Confirmation

A booking is provisional until VRGC issues a written confirmation and, where applicable, an invoice. We reserve the right to decline or defer any registration where a course is fully subscribed, does not meet minimum enrollment numbers, or where prerequisite information has not been supplied.

Accurate contact and billing details are the Delegate's or Organization's responsibility. VRGC is not liable for missed Joining Instructions caused by incorrect email addresses supplied at registration.

04Fees, Payment & Group Discounts

Unless a course listing states otherwise, the Course Fee covers tuition, digital or printed course materials, and catering (refreshments and lunch) for classroom sessions. It does not include accommodation, visas, or travel — Delegates attending classroom sessions away from their home city should confirm their own lodging at least three (3) weeks before the start date.

Payment terms:

  • Full payment is due no later than one (1) week before the course start date, unless a different schedule has been agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer, invoiced payment, and approved electronic payment methods. Cheques should be made payable to Vision Reach Global Consultancy Limited.
  • Proof of payment should be emailed to training@visionreachglobal.org so a seat can be confirmed promptly.
  • A seat is only guaranteed once payment, or a signed corporate purchase order, has been received.

Group discount: Organizations registering 3 or more Delegates on the same course intake receive a minimum 5% discount off the standard fee. Larger cohorts may qualify for additional savings — ask us for a group quote.

VRGC may revise fees, course content, faculty, dates, or venue where reasonably necessary to maintain training quality. Such adjustments do not, on their own, entitle a Delegate to a refund.

05Cancellations & Postponement

Cancellation by a Delegate or Organization. Written cancellation requests must be sent to training@visionreachglobal.org at least five (5) days before the course start date to receive a full refund of the Course Fee. Once a course has started, fees are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances such as a verified medical emergency, significant personal hardship, or a postponement or cancellation on VRGC's part — see our Refund Policy for the full list of exceptions and how non-refundable items (registration/administrative fees already processed, accessed course materials, and payment processing fees) are treated.

Postponement or cancellation by VRGC. Where we must postpone or cancel a scheduled intake — for example due to insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or circumstances covered under Force Majeure — affected Delegates may transfer to the next available intake or request a full refund of the Course Fee. VRGC does not reimburse travel, visa, or accommodation costs already incurred by the Delegate or Organization in this scenario, so we recommend booking flexible or refundable travel where possible.

For full details on how and when refunds are processed, see our Refund Policy.

06Classroom, Virtual & In-House Delivery

Classroom training. Delegates are expected to comply with the health, safety, and conduct rules of the training venue. VRGC reserves the right to remove, without refund, any Delegate whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise unreasonably affects other participants or the faculty.

Virtual / live-online training. Delegates are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection and a device compatible with our virtual classroom platform. While we take reasonable steps to ensure a smooth virtual experience, VRGC cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity and is not liable for disruptions caused by the Delegate's own equipment, network, or local infrastructure.

In-house / custom programmes. Bespoke engagements are additionally governed by the specific proposal, scope, and commercial terms agreed in writing between VRGC and the commissioning Organization; where the two documents conflict, the signed proposal takes precedence for that engagement.

07Special Requirements & Accessibility

We want every Delegate to learn comfortably. Please share any dietary, accessibility, or other special requirements at least seven (7) days before the course start date so our team has time to make reasonable arrangements with the venue or platform.

08Intellectual Property

All course materials — including slide decks, workbooks, templates, recordings, and assessments — remain the intellectual property of VRGC or its licensed faculty. Delegates receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own personal or internal professional development. Reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or publicly posting course materials without VRGC's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

09Certificates of Completion

Delegates who meet the attendance threshold and complete any required assessments for a course will receive a Certificate of Completion (or Certificate of Attendance, where a course carries no assessment). Certificates are issued in the Delegate's name as provided at registration; VRGC is not responsible for reissuing certificates due to details submitted incorrectly at the time of booking.

10Data Protection & Confidentiality

Personal data submitted during registration is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Limited Delegate details (name, organization, and role) may be shared with course faculty or co-delivery partners solely to support the learning experience, and never sold to third parties.

11Liability & Force Majeure

Our training is designed to inform professional judgement, not to replace independent legal, financial, or regulatory advice specific to your organization. VRGC is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of course content, and Delegates should seek qualified professional advice before acting on it in a specific business context.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRGC's aggregate liability arising from any course or engagement is limited to the Course Fee paid for that specific programme. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or government restrictions ("Force Majeure"). Where Force Majeure affects a scheduled course, VRGC will notify affected Delegates promptly and offer a transfer or refund as set out in Section 5.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a course or these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties; if unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, save where mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our course delivery, pricing structure, or legal obligations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a change materially affects a course you have already booked, we will notify you directly.
