01Introduction

Vision Reach Global Consultancy ("VRGC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a brochure, register for a course, or otherwise interact with us; why we collect it; who we share it with; and the choices and rights available to you. By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the site and contact us with your concerns.

02Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to visionreachglobal.org and to any registration form, brochure request, chat widget, newsletter sign-up, or course booking connected to it. It does not cover third-party sites we may link to (see Third-Party Links below), which have their own privacy practices.

03Information We Collect

Information you give us directly — for example when you fill in a registration, brochure-request, contact, or newsletter form: your full name, email address, phone number, job title, organization, country, and any message or requirements you choose to add.

Payment-related information — where a course is paid online, payment is processed by our payment provider or bank; VRGC does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Information collected automatically — when you browse our site, we (and analytics tools we use) automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, and referring page, typically via cookies or similar technologies (see Cookies & Tracking below).

Information from third parties — such as a co-hosting partner institution or your employer, where they register you for a course on your behalf.

04How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for legitimate business and service-delivery purposes, including to:

  • Process course registrations, payments, invoices, and certificates;
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and digital services;
  • Send Joining Instructions, schedule changes, and other service communications about a course you booked;
  • Respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form, chat widget, or email;
  • Personalize and improve your experience of our site and course catalogue;
  • Send course updates, newsletters, or promotional offers, where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • Analyze aggregate usage trends to improve our courses and content;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access to our systems; and
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

05Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our courses and content so we can improve them. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site function. We do not use cookies to sell your personal data.

06How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. Trusted vendors who support our operations — such as payment processors, email delivery platforms, and hosting providers — under contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.

Legal and safety reasons. Where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or where necessary to investigate a suspected breach of our Terms & Conditions, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VRGC, our Delegates, or the public.

With your consent. For example, if you provide a testimonial or course review, we may feature your name, role, organization, and feedback on our website or marketing materials. If you attend a course co-organized with a partner institution, we may share relevant registration details with that partner so they can support delivery of the programme.

Business transfers. If VRGC were involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections described in this policy.

07Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — for example, registration and certification records are generally kept for the period required to reissue certificates and meet our tax and audit obligations — after which it is securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

08Security of Your Information

We apply a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and by using our website and services, you acknowledge these inherent risks of online data transmission.

09Your Privacy Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law — including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, the GDPR — to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements;
  • Object to, or request that we restrict, certain processing of your data;
  • Withdraw consent at any time for processing that relies on consent, such as marketing emails; and
  • Request a portable copy of data you provided to us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Contact Us below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10International Data Transfers

We are based in Nairobi, Kenya, and may work with service providers located in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside your home country, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection, consistent with this policy and applicable law.

11Children's Privacy

Our courses and website are intended for working professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
