Business intelligence tools close that gap, but only when the underlying data is clean, the model is sound and the visuals answer real management questions. Poorly built dashboards simply move confusion onto a screen.
The Data and Analytics for Dashboards & BI (Power BI, Tableau) Training Course takes participants from raw files to a published, governed report. The first sessions establish good analytical thinking: defining indicators, choosing grain and understanding relationships between tables. Participants then work through data preparation, modelling and calculation in Power BI, followed by equivalent techniques in Tableau so they can compare strengths and select the right tool.
