Many organisations now operate dozens of services across several accounts, with manual deployments, inconsistent security settings, patchy monitoring and monthly invoices nobody can explain. Engineers are pulled into support requests instead of building, and finance teams ask for accountability that engineering cannot yet supply.
The Operational Excellence in Cloud, DevOps, FinOps & Platform Engineering Training Course answers these problems with a structured ten-day path. Participants start with the fundamentals of version control, automation and containers, then build repeatable delivery pipelines and declare infrastructure as code. They orchestrate workloads on Kubernetes, add security controls into the pipeline, and instrument systems so that reliability can be measured against agreed objectives and managed through blameless incident practice.
Two themes distinguish the programme.
