The final day sets up risk indicators, monitoring routines and review cycles that keep registers alive rather than filed away. Scenarios drawn from conflict, displacement and natural disaster responses run through the week. Programme managers, security focal points, finance and compliance officers and country leadership in humanitarian agencies will put the tools to use immediately. You leave with a working risk register and contingency plan for your own operation.
