Cyber incidents now disrupt operations, expose personal data and erode customer confidence, and the attackers behind them are organised, patient and well tooled. Organisations in finance, telecommunications, health, energy and government hold information that is both valuable and heavily regulated. Protecting it takes more than a firewall: it requires governed processes, trained people, tested technology and evidence that all three work together.
The Advanced Cybersecurity & Information Security (ISO 27001) Training Course delivers that combination over ten days. The first week concentrates on the information security management system. Participants interpret the standard, scope an ISMS, perform risk assessments, select and implement controls, and prepare documentation and internal audits. The second week turns to advanced technical practice, covering secure architecture, identity, cryptography, offensive testing, cloud and application security, monitoring and detection, incident handling, forensics and resilience planning.
Instruction mixes frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK, with intensive laboratory exercises and a capstone simulation in which teams defend and then investigate a compromised environment. Participants return with a working ISMS blueprint and a prioritised technical hardening plan for their own organisation.
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

The ten days alternate between management system design and technical laboratories:
Participants who attend the full ten days and complete the labs and capstone receive a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion issued by Vision Reach Global Consultancy. It records advanced training in cybersecurity and ISO 27001 practice and is not itself an ISO auditor qualification.
