Apache Kafka has become the backbone of real-time data integration for organizations that need to move events reliably at scale — from transaction logs to IoT telemetry. This advanced course teaches data engineers to design topics, partitions, and producer-consumer architectures that scale without losing data.
Participants configure Kafka clusters, build producer and consumer applications, and apply operational practices for monitoring, scaling, and securing streaming pipelines in production environments.
Throughout the programme, participants work through realistic scenarios drawn from technology organizations, digital transformation programmes, data-driven enterprises, and public sector IT environments, examining how kafka is applied in practice and where it most often breaks down. Delegates will develop practical skill in designing appropriate frameworks, selecting and applying the right tools for producer application design, interpreting findings, and communicating conclusions clearly to colleagues, management and external stakeholders. Sessions move deliberately from principles to application, so that each technique introduced is practised against a realistic problem before the programme moves on — strengthening both individual effectiveness and the wider capability of the organizations delegates return to.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Kafka Training targets engineers and operators who build or run event streaming platforms and need depth in broker configuration, stream processing and cluster reliability rather than an introduction to messaging.
By the end of the Kafka Training, participants will leave with:
This training course adopts a practical, participant-centered learning approach that builds kafka expertise, strengthens analytical capability and develops confident professional judgement. The methodology combines specialist facilitation, applied hands-on experience and globally recognized professional practice, so that delegates return able to apply what they have learned immediately rather than in theory only.
Methodology includes:
Engineers who complete all ten days receive a Certificate of Completion from Vision Reach Global Consultancy, validating their ability to design Kafka topic and partition schemes, build producer, consumer, Connect and Streams applications, and monitor, secure and troubleshoot production Kafka clusters.
