Organisations in Africa and beyond are merging, digitising, restructuring and adapting to funding and market shocks at a pace that outstrips their capacity to bring people along. Culture decides whether new systems and structures are used or quietly ignored, yet it is seldom diagnosed with the same care as finances or processes.
The Applied Change, Culture & Organisational Development Training Course treats culture and change as a practical discipline. Participants learn how to assess the current culture and identify the one the strategy requires, how to build a credible case for change, and how to plan sponsorship, communication, training and reinforcement. They study established models critically, comparing when each helps and where it falls short, and learn core organisational development interventions for teams and whole systems.
The programme is applied throughout. Each participant works on a live or realistic change initiative from their own workplace, producing a culture diagnosis summary, a stakeholder and resistance map, a change roadmap and a measurement plan, with feedback from peers and facilitators at every stage.
