Everything covered in this programme, so you can confirm it's the right fit before you complete your registration above.
Transport and logistics operations generate enormous volumes of GPS, fuel, delivery, and warehouse data — most of it unused. This course teaches participants to turn that data into route optimization, demand forecasting, and fleet performance insight using practical analytics tools.
Through real freight and logistics case studies, participants build dashboards and forecasting models they can apply immediately to reduce costs, cut delivery times, and improve supply chain visibility.
Throughout the programme, participants work through realistic scenarios drawn from technology organizations, digital transformation programmes, data-driven enterprises, and public sector IT environments, examining how data analytics for transportation and logistics is applied in practice and where it most often breaks down. Delegates will develop practical skill in designing appropriate frameworks, selecting and applying the right tools for the logistics data landscape, interpreting findings, and communicating conclusions clearly to colleagues, management and external stakeholders. Sessions move deliberately from principles to application, so that each technique introduced is practised against a realistic problem before the programme moves on — strengthening both individual effectiveness and the wider capability of the organizations delegates return to.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Data Analytics for Transportation and Logistics Training serves practitioners who work with fleet, delivery, warehouse and network data and need to turn it into routing, forecasting and performance decisions.
By the end of the Data Analytics for Transportation and Logistics Training, participants will leave with:
This training course adopts a practical, participant-centered learning approach that builds data analytics for transportation and logistics expertise, strengthens analytical capability and develops confident professional judgement. The methodology combines specialist facilitation, applied hands-on experience and globally recognized professional practice, so that delegates return able to apply what they have learned immediately rather than in theory only.
Methodology includes:
Participants who complete all ten days receive a Certificate of Completion from Vision Reach Global Consultancy, confirming their ability to analyse fleet and delivery data, build demand forecasts, optimise routes and present logistics analytics findings to operations and executive audiences.
