Artificial intelligence has moved from experiment to everyday tool, and with it come questions that technology teams alone cannot answer. Who approves a model for use? How is bias detected? What happens when a vendor model changes behaviour? Without governance, organisations face regulatory penalties, discriminatory outcomes, security exposure and loss of public trust, and they also miss the value that confident, well-controlled AI adoption can bring.
This ten-day programme gives leaders and practitioners a complete route from AI strategy to a certifiable management system. The first half builds understanding of AI technologies, transformation planning, governance structures, policy and risk assessment, introducing the requirements of ISO/IEC 42001 and related frameworks. The second half moves into implementation: impact assessments, data and model lifecycle controls, testing for bias and robustness, monitoring, third-party AI, change management, internal audit and continual improvement.
Each day combines expert input with practical working sessions. Participants build the documents an AI management system needs, such as a policy, an inventory, a risk register and an impact assessment, and finish with a tailored implementation roadmap and readiness review.
At the end of the ten days, participants will be able to:
