Workplace communication has changed faster than most communication training. Staff write in chat threads and shared documents, present to cameras as often as to rooms and increasingly draft with artificial intelligence tools. Yet many documents are still too long, slides are crowded and online meetings are unfocused, which slows decisions and wastes time.
The programme brings classic communication craft together with the digital tools used today. It begins with audience analysis and message design, then moves into writing for the screen: plain language, structure, tone and editing, applied to emails, reports, minutes, proposals and social posts. A second block develops presentation skills for rooms, webinars and hybrid sessions, including slide design, data storytelling and handling questions. Participants then explore collaboration platforms and AI assistants, learning prompts that produce useful first drafts, methods for verifying output, and the risks around accuracy, bias, privacy and intellectual property. The last session helps teams adopt shared standards and templates.
Practice is constant. Each participant writes, presents, receives feedback and improves real work material across the five days.
