Lending is moving online. Mobile apps, embedded finance and open data are changing how borrowers apply, how risk is measured and how loans are collected. Lenders that digitise carelessly can grow portfolios quickly and then discover that arrears, fraud and over-indebtedness have grown faster.
The Digital Transformation in Credit Risk & Lending Training Course helps participants lead that change responsibly. It begins with the digital lending value chain and the risks that appear at each step. It then teaches the core modelling toolkit: data preparation, scorecard development, cut-off and pricing strategy, and the use of alternative and behavioural data. Governance receives equal attention, including model validation, explainability, fairness, privacy and regulatory expectations on provisioning and conduct.
Sessions are laboratory-style. Participants work with anonymised portfolio data, interpret scorecard outputs, set decision rules, design early warning dashboards and review a sample model governance pack. The week ends with each participant sketching a digital lending roadmap, with priorities, risks and measures of success for their own institution, so that digital speed and prudent credit risk management move forward together.
