Participants learn how to identify the questions a dashboard should answer, define indicators and prepare source data. They build dependable data models, create calculations in DAX and Tableau, and develop pages that load quickly and read cleanly on desktop and mobile. The later sessions focus on sharing: workspaces and permissions, refresh schedules, row-level security, version control and the habits that keep a report library trustworthy.
Everything is taught on the keyboard. Delegates use supplied sales, finance, programme and HR data sets, compare how the same problem is solved in each product, and complete a dashboard project accompanied by a short change plan for introducing BI in their own department.
