Digital skills are now a basic requirement in almost every job, whether in a bank, a ministry, a school, a hospital or a humanitarian field office. Organisations that introduce new platforms often discover that the technology is the easy part: people need practice, confidence and clear working norms before tools actually change how work is done.
The Digital Transformation in Digital Fluency & Workplace Tools Training Course addresses that human side of change. It begins with the digital workplace as a whole and helps participants assess their own skills and habits. The practical core covers file management and cloud storage, collaboration in shared documents, communication etiquette in chat, email and video meetings, and personal organisation with calendars, tasks and notes. Participants then build working competence in spreadsheets, presentations and simple forms and surveys, along with data literacy: spotting errors, summarising numbers and presenting findings honestly. Cyber hygiene and privacy are treated as everyday behaviours, and the final sessions explore automation, AI assistants and how to evaluate their output critically.
The course is patient and practical, with plenty of time at the keyboard. Participants work on tasks drawn from their own jobs, and finish with a personal digital improvement plan they can start applying the following Monday.
