This course provides practitioners with core competencies and practical tools in environmental management systems (ems) training, combining theoretical frameworks with field-tested approaches drawn from real-world projects.
Participants engage with case studies, complete hands-on exercises, and develop implementation plans they can apply directly to their own work.
Throughout the programme, participants work through realistic scenarios drawn from industrial sites, construction operations, healthcare facilities, and regulated workplace environments, examining how environmental management systems (EMS) is applied in practice and where it most often breaks down. Delegates will develop practical skill in designing appropriate frameworks, selecting and applying the right tools for EMS foundations and the regulatory landscape, interpreting findings, and communicating conclusions clearly to colleagues, management and external stakeholders.
