Financial systems across Africa are growing more complex as banks expand across borders, digital channels multiply and new entrants offer credit and payments outside traditional balance sheets. Supervisors and compliance executives must keep pace with international standards while reflecting local market realities, and they must do so under scrutiny from boards, shareholders, and correspondent banks.
The Executive Banking Supervision & Regulatory Compliance Training Course gives senior officials a structured view of modern supervision and its link to institutional compliance. It starts with the architecture of banking regulation and the principles of effective supervision, then covers capital adequacy, liquidity and funding, credit risk and provisioning, market and operational risk, and recovery and resolution. A second strand addresses conduct, anti-money laundering, sanctions and technology risk, and how to build a compliance function that is independent and heard at board level.

The week ends with a simulated board meeting where each participant defends a risk assessment and an enforcement recommendation.
