At senior level, communication is part of the job itself rather than a support skill. Executives set direction through what they say and write, and their papers, speeches and answers are read closely by boards, staff, regulators, funders and the public. Weak executive communication shows up as decisions deferred to the next meeting, strategies that staff cannot repeat and avoidable reputational damage when a statement goes wrong.
The Executive Communication, Presentation & Business Writing Training Course is built for leaders who already communicate every day but want more precision and impact. It opens with audience analysis and message framing for senior stakeholders, moves into high-level writing (board papers, cabinet or council memos, executive summaries, position papers and difficult emails), and then shifts to the spoken side: structuring presentations, using data visually, commanding a room and responding to tough questions. The later days address media and crisis communication, leading town halls and change messages, and influencing at board and partner level.
The approach is intensive and personal. Participants bring real documents and upcoming presentations, rewrite them in the sessions, rehearse on camera and receive individual feedback from the facilitator and peers, so improvements are tested on material that matters to their own work.
