Yet the people leading this work are often strong on people and process and uncomfortable with money, while finance colleagues struggle to see the value in soft outcomes. The gap leads to under-funded programmes, hidden costs and benefits that nobody can prove.
The Financial Management for Change, Culture & Organisational Development Training Course gives practitioners a shared language with finance. Participants learn how to cost change initiatives, prepare approval-ready business cases, set budgets with contingency, and monitor spend against milestones. They study methods for quantifying people-related benefits, such as lower turnover, faster onboarding and reduced rework, and for tracing those benefits to specific interventions without overclaiming. Time is also given to funding models, stakeholder presentations and the governance that keeps change spending visible.
