This programme treats communication, presentation and business writing as one leadership skill set. Participants analyse their own style, learn how to prepare for high-stakes occasions and build reusable structures for speaking and writing. Time is given to the mechanics of persuasion, the ethics of messaging and the discipline of editing, so that content is accurate, brief and suited to the reader. Practical sessions cover structuring a briefing, opening and closing a presentation with impact, handling questions under pressure, and writing emails, reports and board papers that are read and acted upon.
