Organisations across the region are restructuring, merging, digitising and repositioning at a pace that stretches their normal management systems. A transformation touches budgets, systems, structures and jobs all at once, and boards are increasingly asked to show how they oversee it: who approves the scope, who owns the benefits, how risks are escalated and when an initiative should be stopped.
Leading the Change: Corporate Transformation Governance Training Course gives executives a complete governance toolkit for large-scale change. It opens with the case for change and the transformation vision, then moves to governance architecture, including the transformation office, steering committees, sponsorship and the board's oversight role. Participants go on to portfolio management, stage gates, assurance and risk, before addressing the leadership of people, culture and communication. The final day brings these elements together in benefits realisation, performance reporting and sustaining change after the programme formally ends.
The course is discussion-led and grounded in practice. Participants analyse transformation case studies from the public and private sectors, work on governance documents for their own organisations and test their decisions in a simulated steering committee, leaving with a governance charter they can table on return.
