Much of a manager's working day is communication: briefing a team, writing to a client, presenting a budget, chairing a meeting or answering a difficult query. The quality of those moments shapes how decisions are understood, how teams perform and how the organisation is seen from outside. Poor communication is rarely a lack of effort; more often it is a lack of structure, preparation and feedback.
The Management of Communication, Presentation & Business Writing Training Course brings three connected skill sets together under a managerial lens. Participants learn to plan communication around purpose and audience, to present with clarity and confidence in person and online, and to write documents that busy readers can scan and act on. They also look at the manager's wider responsibility: setting communication norms, giving and receiving feedback, running meetings that produce decisions, and keeping information flowing across departments and partners.
The course is practical from the first session. Every delegate gives presentations, edits real documents and rehearses conversations drawn from their own workplace, supported by trainer and peer feedback. By the end, each person has revised work samples and a communication improvement plan for their team.
