Written communication is how most organisations record decisions, justify spending and show accountability to boards, funders and regulators. Poorly written documents invite misunderstanding, delay approvals and weaken the audit trail, and inaccurate minutes can lead to disputes over what was actually agreed. Yet few offices ever check the quality of their writing in any systematic way.
Monitoring and Evaluation of Business Writing and Minute Taking Training Course applies the logic of monitoring and evaluation to everyday office documents. Participants begin by defining standards, users and quality criteria, then build rubrics and checklists suited to correspondence, reports, proposals and minutes. They learn how to draw a fair sample, score documents consistently, analyse patterns of weakness and report findings. The later sessions concentrate on feedback, coaching, templates, style guides and training plans that close the gaps found.
The course is practical from the first hour. Delegates score real examples, rewrite weak passages, compare recorded minutes with a meeting simulation and design an evaluation plan with indicators and targets for their own department.
