The Monitoring and Evaluation of Cloud, DevOps, FinOps & Platform Engineering Training Course brings the discipline of evaluation into technical operations. The first half establishes the foundations: theory of change for technology programmes, indicator design, baselines, data sources and the DORA and SRE measurement frameworks. It then builds the telemetry layer with metrics, logs and traces, and sets service level objectives that connect technical signals to user experience. The second half applies these methods to cost management through FinOps, to platform engineering products and developer experience, and to security, compliance and sustainability indicators.

Participants alternate between concept sessions and hands-on labs. By the end they have designed a measurement framework, built working dashboards, completed an evaluation of a platform case and drafted a reporting calendar for senior management.
