Data volumes inside organisations have grown faster than the ability to interpret them. Spreadsheets emailed between teams, manual monthly reports and inconsistent definitions of basic measures slow decisions and breed disagreement. Business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau promise a single, current view, but they only deliver it when the underlying model, calculations and design are done properly.
This programme teaches both platforms side by side so participants understand the concepts that sit behind each tool and can work in whichever their employer has chosen. It begins with questions rather than charts: which decisions does the dashboard support, who uses it and what thresholds trigger action. Participants then connect to data, prepare it, build a sound model and write the measures that define each KPI once and consistently.
The later part of the course concentrates on usability and operation. Participants apply design principles to remove clutter, add interactivity that helps rather than distracts, test with real users and publish to a shared workspace with appropriate security. Governance topics include certified datasets, naming conventions, version control and documentation. Every session is a guided build, so that participants end the week with working dashboards, a documented data model and a rollout plan.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Learning happens at the keyboard, with explanation kept short and tied to the next build step:
Participants who complete all five days and submit their finished dashboards receive a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion from Vision Reach Global Consultancy. It confirms the training and is not a Microsoft or Tableau vendor credential.
