Cloud adoption in banks, telecoms, government agencies and start-ups has outpaced the rules meant to govern it. Engineers deploy through pipelines, finance teams receive variable monthly invoices, and compliance teams are asked to certify systems that change daily. Written policies that were drafted for data centres do not fit this pace, and informal practices create exposure to breaches, fines, vendor lock-in and runaway cost.
This ten-day programme joins legal, risk, engineering and financial perspectives. The first five days establish the framework: governance structures, regulatory and standards landscape, data protection and sovereignty, identity, security baselines and the operating model that connects platform teams with the business. Participants learn how to translate obligations into clear, testable policy statements and how to assign accountability across product, security and finance.
The second five days turn policy into practice. Participants implement controls as code, embed approvals and checks in delivery pipelines, design platform engineering products that make the compliant path the easy one, and establish FinOps routines for allocation, forecasting and optimisation. Resilience, third-party risk, incident handling and continuous evidence collection complete the picture. Laboratories, policy drafting clinics and a capstone project ensure that participants leave with a framework, working examples and a prioritised roadmap rather than only notes.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

The programme balances governance thinking with technical practice across ten days:
Participants who attend the full ten days and complete the labs and capstone are issued a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion by Vision Reach Global Consultancy. It is a record of professional development, not a cloud provider or standards body credential.
