Organisations in every sector are restructuring, digitising and merging, and each shift asks people to work differently. When leaders underestimate the human side, projects overrun, good staff leave and old habits quietly return. Practitioners who can read a culture, plan change deliberately and keep momentum are therefore among the most valued people in any institution.
The Practical Change, Culture & Organisational Development Training Course gives participants a usable toolkit rather than a survey of theory. It starts with how culture forms and how to diagnose it, then covers readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis, sponsorship and the design of a change roadmap. Participants work with established models, compare their strengths, and learn when each fits. The middle of the course examines communication, training, resistance and change fatigue, while the final days turn to organisational design, team development, coaching and the metrics that show whether change is sticking.
Every session is applied. Delegates bring a real or realistic change challenge and progressively build the documents a change lead would produce: an impact assessment, a communication plan, a resistance response and an embedding plan that can be taken straight back to the workplace.
