It starts with how devices, files, folders and the cloud fit together, so participants understand what they are doing. The programme then moves through the core applications: documents, spreadsheets, presentations, email and calendars. A collaboration block shows how teams work together using shared workspaces, chat, meetings and task boards. The closing sessions concentrate on digital safety, privacy, evaluating online content and using AI tools responsibly in everyday tasks.
Instruction is patient, practical and paced for mixed experience. Participants complete short workplace tasks in every session, such as organising a project folder, preparing a budget sheet or hosting a video meeting, and finish with a personal checklist of habits and shortcuts to apply immediately in their own offices.
