Organisations in every sector are being asked to change faster than they ever planned for, whether through new technology, shifts in funding, regulatory reform or growth into new markets. The people leading these shifts are frequently skilled technically but have little formal grounding in how change actually travels through a workforce, or in why a strong culture can quietly block even a sound strategy.
The Professional Change, Culture & Organisational Development Training Course gives practitioners a structured toolkit. Participants begin by learning how organisations function as systems and how culture is formed, observed and measured. They then study change models and select the right approach for the situation, plan stakeholder engagement and communication, and handle resistance constructively. The second half moves into OD practice: contracting with clients, data gathering, feedback, designing interventions and evaluating their results.
Each day pairs frameworks with practice on realistic cases from public service, banking, health and non-profit settings. By the end, participants hold a culture diagnosis, a change plan and an OD intervention design for a real challenge they face.
