This course provides practitioners with core competencies and practical tools in randomized control trials (rcts) in m&e training, combining theoretical frameworks with field-tested approaches drawn from real-world projects.
Participants engage with case studies, complete hands-on exercises, and develop implementation plans they can apply directly to their own work.
Throughout the programme, participants work through realistic scenarios drawn from banking institutions, financial services firms, audit practices, and public finance bodies, examining how randomized control trials (rcts) in M&E is applied in practice and where it most often breaks down. Delegates will develop practical skill in designing appropriate frameworks, selecting and applying the right tools for randomized control trials, interpreting findings, and communicating conclusions clearly to colleagues, management and external stakeholders. Sessions move deliberately from principles to application, so that each technique introduced is practised against a realistic problem before the programme moves on — strengthening both individual effectiveness and the wider capability of the organizations delegates return to.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
This programme takes M&E professionals from RCT theory to the practical steps of designing, implementing and analyzing a rigorous trial.
By the end of the Randomized Control Trials (RCTs) in M&E Training, participants will leave with:
This training course adopts a practical, participant-centered learning approach that builds randomized control trials (rcts) in M&E expertise, strengthens analytical capability and develops confident professional judgement. The methodology combines specialist facilitation, applied hands-on experience and globally recognized professional practice, so that delegates return able to apply what they have learned immediately rather than in theory only.
Methodology includes:
Participants who complete the ten days receive a Certificate of Completion from Vision Reach Global Consultancy, confirming their ability to design, implement and analyze randomized control trials for programme evaluation.
The award recognizes full attendance and successful completion of the programme assessment activities. It is widely accepted for continuing professional development purposes, and its authenticity can be confirmed with Vision Reach Global Consultancy at any time.
