Each habit is easy to change once it is understood, yet technical controls alone cannot fix them.
The Risk Management for Digital Fluency & Workplace Tools Training Course gives non-specialists a practical way of thinking about digital risk. Participants first build fluency with core tools, including cloud storage, collaboration suites, online meetings and AI assistants. They then learn how to judge risk: what data they handle, who can reach it, what could go wrong and what simple control prevents it. Topics include identity and access, phishing and social engineering, safe sharing, backup and recovery, device and network safety, privacy, records and acceptable AI use.
The course relies on scenarios and short exercises. Participants test their own settings, respond to simulated attacks and complete a personal digital safety plan that they can apply the following week.
