This course provides practitioners with core competencies and practical tools in safety and security management training, combining theoretical frameworks with field-tested approaches drawn from real-world projects.

Throughout the programme, participants work through realistic scenarios drawn from industrial sites, construction operations, healthcare facilities, and regulated workplace environments, examining how safety and security management is applied in practice and where it most often breaks down.
