Bribery and undisclosed conflicts of interest remain among the costliest governance failures for public bodies, development programmes and companies. Donors, lenders and regulators increasingly ask for proof that integrity controls are designed around real risks and are actually used. Organisations that rely on an annual code-of-conduct signature find that staff learn little and misconduct goes unreported.
Strategy and Innovation in Anti-Bribery, Ethics & Conflict of Interest Training Course helps senior practitioners rebuild the integrity framework from the top. Participants begin with the drivers of corruption and an organisation-wide risk assessment, then compare design options for policies, due diligence on agents and suppliers, gifts and hospitality controls, and conflict of interest management. The middle days turn to innovation, including digital declaration tools, data analytics for red flags, speak-up systems people trust, and behavioural methods that shift norms. The programme closes with measurement, assurance and the politics of securing leadership backing.
The approach is workshop based. Participants analyse realistic dilemmas, critique sample policies, design a risk-based control set and draft a strategy brief for their own organisation, with feedback from the facilitator and peers.
