Digital fluency has become a core workplace capability rather than an IT specialism. Hybrid working, electronic records, e-procurement and the arrival of AI assistants inside everyday office software mean that the productivity of a team now depends heavily on how confidently its members use shared tools. Organisations that leave adoption to chance end up with duplicated files, shadow IT, uneven skills and security gaps, while those with a clear strategy release time for higher-value work.
The Strategy and Innovation in Digital Fluency & Workplace Tools Training Course helps managers plan and lead that shift. It starts with diagnosing where the organisation stands, using maturity assessments, skills surveys and process mapping. Participants then explore the opportunities offered by collaboration platforms, workflow automation, low-code applications and generative AI, and learn how to choose and sequence initiatives through business cases and innovation pilots. Later sessions cover change and adoption methods, champions networks, learning pathways, governance and security policies, and the measures that show whether investment in digital tools is paying back.
The approach is workshop-based. Participants test tools in short demonstrations, map their own workflows, run a rapid design sprint on a real problem and build a strategy roadmap they can present to senior management.

Participants who take part in every session and complete the sprint, pilot charter and roadmap are awarded a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion issued by Vision Reach Global Consultancy.
The certificate lists the course title, dates and delivery mode, and the planning documents produced in class give participants tangible evidence to share with their leadership.
