Everything covered in this programme, so you can confirm it's the right fit before you complete your registration above.
This 10-day course covers supply chain visibility technologies and track-and-trace systems for transparency and control. Participants learn IoT sensors, GPS and RFID tracking, blockchain applications, and visibility platforms that provide real-time supply chain monitoring from source to customer.
The programme includes data integration, analytics on visibility data, exception management, and supply chain collaboration through shared visibility that enables proactive management and rapid response to disruptions.
Throughout the programme, participants work through realistic scenarios drawn from public procurement bodies, commercial supply chains, logistics operations, and donor-funded tendering environments, examining how supply chain visibility and track & trace technologies is applied in practice and where it most often breaks down. Delegates will develop practical skill in designing appropriate frameworks, selecting and applying the right tools for blockchain-based traceability, interpreting findings, and communicating conclusions clearly to colleagues, management and external stakeholders. Sessions move deliberately from principles to application, so that each technique introduced is practised against a realistic problem before the programme moves on — strengthening both individual effectiveness and the wider capability of the organizations delegates return to.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Tracking shipments across carriers, borders and warehouses demands people who can specify, deploy and operate the underlying technology. This ten-day programme on supply chain visibility and track-and-trace technologies is built for those roles:
By the end of the Supply Chain Visibility and Track & Trace Technologies Training, participants will leave with:
This training course adopts a practical, participant-centered learning approach that builds supply chain visibility and track & trace technologies expertise, strengthens analytical capability and develops confident professional judgement. The methodology combines specialist facilitation, applied hands-on experience and globally recognized professional practice, so that delegates return able to apply what they have learned immediately rather than in theory only.
Methodology includes:
On finishing all ten days, delegates receive a Certificate of Completion from Vision Reach Global Consultancy, confirming demonstrated capability in evaluating visibility technologies, deploying GPS, RFID, IoT and blockchain-based traceability, and using real-time visibility data to detect and resolve supply chain exceptions.
