You begin by mapping and measuring current HR workflows, then select systems for core HR, applicant tracking, learning and performance. Practical sessions automate recruitment screening, offer letters, onboarding checklists, leave and expense approvals, contract renewals and exit processes using low-code workflow tools, forms and integrations. Analytics sessions build HR dashboards for turnover, absence, time-to-hire and pay equity. You also evaluate AI assistants and chatbots for HR, with close attention to bias, consent, data protection and audit trails. The programme is designed for HR managers, HR business partners, HRIS and payroll specialists, talent acquisition leads, people analytics staff and heads of administration in companies, NGOs and public bodies. Delivery is by classroom, online or in-house. Participants finish with an automation blueprint, a prioritised business case and a change plan for staff adoption. A CPD-accredited certificate is awarded on completion.
