Participants assess their current data estate, then design a target architecture that may combine a warehouse, lakehouse and operational stores. The second week deepens the work with performance tuning, orchestration, streaming, governance, security and the operational discipline of DataOps.
Because the subject is practical, most of each day is spent in the lab on realistic ERP-style datasets. Participants finish with a working pipeline, a documented target architecture and a phased migration plan for their own organisation.
