Hands-on labs build reports in both Power BI and Tableau, covering Power Query, DAX measures, calculated fields, parameters, filters and visual design for decision-makers. The management strand covers workspaces and projects, certified data sets, refresh schedules, row-level security, version control, documentation, performance tuning and usage monitoring so that retired or unused reports are removed. The course is for BI developers, data and reporting analysts, finance and operations managers, M&E and MIS officers, and heads of departments who commission dashboards. It runs in class, online or in-house, with a CPD-accredited certificate. Afterwards you can publish a secure dashboard, explain its numbers and keep it dependable over time.
