In practice, teams export data to spreadsheets, build separate versions of the same report and argue over whose figure is correct. Dashboards multiply, refreshes fail unnoticed and sensitive data reaches people who should not see it. The remedy is as much about management as technology, and it starts with clear ownership of every report that leaders rely on.

The Management of Dashboards & BI (Power BI, Tableau) Training Course develops both. Participants first define indicators and design a dashboard around decisions. They then prepare and model data, build visuals and interactivity in Power BI and Tableau, and compare where each tool is strongest. The latter days turn to operating a BI service: publishing and workspace structure, scheduled refresh and gateways, security and roles, naming standards, documentation, change control, performance and capacity, and adoption measurement.

Each day combines short explanations with guided build exercises on supplied data sets. Participants produce a working dashboard in each tool and a governance checklist and BI management plan for their own department or organisation.
