How booking works

From enquiry to certificate in four steps

What happens between choosing a course and holding the certificate, and the terms that apply at each step.

  1. Step 1

Pick a course and a start date

Most courses run for five or ten days, Monday to Friday. Classroom cohorts start on a Monday every four weeks in each city; online cohorts are dated per course.

    Open the training calendar
  2. Step 2

    Register yourself or a team

Register online as an individual or for colleagues. 3 or more people from one organisation on the same course get at least 5% off.

    Compare training formats
  3. Step 3

Pay a week before the start

Pay in full at least one week before the course begins, by bank transfer, invoice or an approved electronic payment. Cancel five or more days before the start for a full refund.

    Read the refund policy
  4. Step 4

    Attend and get certified

Complete the course, including attendance and assessments, to receive a CPD-recognised certificate you can log towards your professional development.
