Artificial intelligence now influences credit decisions, hiring, medical triage, fraud detection, citizen services and customer conversations. Regulators, boards and procurement teams are asking organisations to show how these systems are controlled, and standards bodies have responded with a certifiable benchmark in ISO/IEC 42001. Without a management system, AI use grows through isolated experiments, each carrying hidden risk from data quality, model drift, vendor dependence and misuse of generative tools.
The Applied AI Governance, Responsible AI & ISO 42001 Training Course is a ten-day programme that moves from principles to evidence. The opening week sets out the governance architecture: policy, accountability, risk appetite, inventories, impact assessments and the structure of ISO/IEC 42001 alongside complementary frameworks. The second week applies it to the technical and operational reality of AI systems, from fairness metrics and explainability techniques to prompt and output controls for large language models, human-in-the-loop design, monitoring and incident handling.
Teaching combines expert briefings with working labs on sample datasets and model cards, tabletop exercises and audit role plays. Participants assemble a complete governance pack for one use case, including risk register, impact assessment, control mapping, monitoring plan and internal audit checklist, and receive structured feedback before leaving.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

The programme is a workshop for practitioners, with applied work in every session. It features:
Participants who attend the full ten days and complete the labs and final project receive a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion issued by Vision Reach Global Consultancy. It confirms training attendance and is not an ISO auditor certification.
