Organisations in banking, telecoms, government and technology are moving workloads to public cloud and asking engineering teams to ship more often with fewer incidents. Tools are plentiful, but results depend on how they are combined: pipelines that test and deploy automatically, infrastructure defined in code, platforms that remove repetitive work from developers, and financial discipline that links spending to value.
This ten-day programme is arranged as a build-up. Participants begin with solid cloud foundations covering compute, storage, networking, identity and the shared responsibility model. They then establish engineering practice: version control, branching, automated testing, container images, pipeline design and infrastructure as code with Terraform. By the middle of the programme they are deploying applications to Kubernetes and managing releases through GitOps.
The second half addresses operating at scale. Participants implement observability, define service level objectives and error budgets, add security scanning and secrets management, and apply FinOps methods to allocate, forecast and reduce cloud costs. They then learn platform engineering principles, including internal developer platforms, golden paths and developer experience metrics. A capstone project asks teams to design, deploy and present a complete platform with cost and reliability controls.
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
The programme is designed for technical professionals and leaders responsible for delivering and running cloud services, including:

The programme is lab-heavy and project-based:
Delegates who attend the full ten days and complete the labs and capstone project are issued a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion by Vision Reach Global Consultancy.
The certificate is not a vendor credential from any cloud provider.
