Organisational change fails more often from poor adoption than from poor design, and adoption is difficult to manage when nobody is measuring it. Culture is often discussed in vague terms even though it leaves clear traces in survey responses, retention patterns, collaboration networks and customer outcomes. HR and organisational development teams are now expected to bring analytical rigour to these questions.
This programme gives participants a practical analytics toolkit for change and culture work. It begins by turning a business question into a measurable hypothesis, then moves through survey design, sampling, data cleaning and the analysis of engagement, climate and culture results. Participants learn to combine survey data with workforce records such as turnover, absence, promotion and performance ratings, to segment results by team or location, and to test whether differences are meaningful. Later sessions address text analysis of open comments, change readiness and adoption measures, stakeholder and network mapping, and benefits tracking.
Each day includes a laboratory in Excel or Power BI using anonymised workforce datasets. Participants practise presenting findings to sceptical executives, handle ethical and data protection issues and finish with a change measurement plan and dashboard design that they can take back to their organisations.
