Leaders still wait for reports compiled by hand, argue over whose numbers are right and miss early signs of trouble. The Leadership and Performance in Dashboards & BI (Power BI, Tableau) Training Course treats the tools as a means to better management. Participants first define performance questions and KPIs, set targets and agree on data definitions. They then learn the technical workflow in both platforms: connecting to data, preparing and modelling it, creating measures and calculations, and assembling interactive visuals. The course gives equal attention to design and communication, showing how layout, labelling and narrative turn a screen of charts into a decision aid. The final sessions address governance, publishing, security and adoption, including how to run performance conversations from a dashboard.

Every session is a lab. Participants work with sample sales, finance, programme and operations datasets, and build a complete dashboard that they refine into a prototype for their own organisation.
