Regulators, insurers, customers and boards now ask a sharper question than whether a continuity plan exists: they want evidence that critical services can stay within tolerable levels of disruption, and that someone is accountable for proving it. In many organisations the plans were written once for an audit, the contact lists are out of date and nobody has rehearsed a real scenario since the last office move. Managing continuity and resilience as a living management system closes that gap.
The Management of Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Training Course follows the plan-do-check-act structure of ISO 22301. Participants start with context, leadership and programme governance, then carry out an impact analysis and risk assessment on a case organisation. Mid-week they select recovery options, design incident and crisis response structures and draft continuity and disaster recovery procedures. The final days focus on what keeps a programme credible over time: exercising and testing, supplier and outsourcing resilience, key performance indicators, internal audit, management review and the culture that makes staff act correctly under pressure.
Each day combines short briefings with workshops on a single case organisation, so outputs build into a coherent programme. A tabletop exercise on day four lets participants experience a disruption in real time and judge how the arrangements they designed would hold.
Participants completing the five days will be able to:

On attending every session and completing the impact analysis, plan drafting and tabletop exercise, participants are awarded a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion issued by Vision Reach Global Consultancy. It records the course title, dates and mode of delivery, and the templates completed during the week give participants ready evidence of practical continuity management work.
