Human resource departments hold some of the most sensitive and valuable data in an organisation, yet many still rely on spreadsheets, filing cabinets and email chains to manage hiring, leave and records. This slows service, hides problems in the workforce data and exposes employers to errors in pay and compliance. At the same time, employees used to digital services elsewhere now expect the same convenience from their employer.
The Management of Digital HR & Process Automation Training Course helps HR practitioners lead that transition. It begins with the case for digital HR and a review of the main system types, including core HRIS, applicant tracking, learning management and payroll platforms. Participants learn process mapping and redesign, then practise setting automation rules for onboarding, leave, expenses, contract renewals and exit. Later sessions cover integration with finance and IT systems, people analytics, employee self-service, data privacy and cybersecurity, and the ethical questions raised by algorithmic screening and monitoring.
The final part concentrates on delivery: requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, budgeting, pilot design, training users and managing resistance. Delegates build a roadmap tailored to their own organisation.
